Terms & Conditions
  1. Above mentioned vehicles are inc of vehicle rent, fuel, driver bata and halting charges.
  2. Time and km will be counted from Trivandrum to Trivandrum
  3. More than 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour.
  4. Toll, parking and interstate permit extra and to be paid by the customer, Inc return toll. if your drop point is outside Trivandrum.
  5. Duty time of the driver doing packages will be 12 hours in a day. 8 am to 8 pm / 9 am to 9 pm.  Exceeding that extra hours will be charged based on the vehicle choosen.
  6. The rates may vary based on the market rate.
  7. If any breakdown happens, vehicle will be replaced. it will take time to replace the vehicle depends upon location as we will providing it from Trivandrum. Customer will be responsible for all his personal expenses occurred in this time, like taking hotel / auto / taxi
  8. Hindustan Cabs will not be responsible to the customer for any loss of any kind of material / Incidents.
  9. Customer must make sure he collect all belongings from the vehicle before leaving. 
  10. Cash payment will be collected directly by the driver on equal interval, We don't entertain full payment at the end of the trip.
  11. 1 day means 1 Calender day.
  12. All telephonic conversation are recorded to avoid future misunderstanding. If customer wish to have the conversation he had with Hindustan Cabs, it will provided via -E-mail.
  13. We don't entertain Night travelling for the safety of out customer and driver. If do to emergency if required will be provided with 1 extra driver at extra cost.
  14. All our vehicles are Taxi registered, so we will only able to take passengers and luggage's permitted as per law. 
  15. Kindly make sure you open the door safely after making sure there is no vehicle or pedestrians passing.
  16. Kindly keep an eye on your kids while leaving vehicle and entering vehicle to avoid accidents. 
  17. Passengers must use there seat belts for safety.
  18. Vehicle will not run more than the permitted speed by the RTO, Passengers must not force the driver to drive fast. 
  19. While booking if required you will have to give us a copy of your id card / Passport if the drop location is far from Trivandrum.
  20. Its always better to leave early if you have flight / train or to reach a particular destination , As traffic blocks are very heavy and unpredictable. We will not be responsible for your loss do to delay in reaching any destination.
