Terms & Conditions
1. Toll and Parking Charges
Toll fees and parking charges are not included in the fare and must be paid by the passenger as per actuals during the journey.
2. Interstate Permit Charges
For travel beyond Kerala, including entry into Tamil Nadu or other states, applicable interstate permit charges will be borne by the customer as per actuals.
3. Kilometer Calculation
The trip’s starting and ending kilometers will be calculated from garage to garage, based on the city where the journey originates.
4. Driver Duty Time
For package or outstation trips, the driver’s duty time is limited to 12 hours per day.
5. Prohibited Activities
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. 6 Travel Assistance
In case of any inconvenience during the journey, passengers are encouraged to contact our office immediately for prompt resolution.
7 Speed Regulation
All vehicles are equipped with speed governors, limiting the maximum speed to 80 km/h for safety compliance.
